Returns & Refunds Policy
BLKN MUSCLE aims to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. Because our items are made to order, returns are considered on a case-by-case basis and must follow the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return for:
• Damaged or faulty items
• Incorrect items received
• Incorrect sizing
To begin a return, you must:
1. Email us within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide clear photos of the item showing:
o The fault or issue
o The item unworn and unaltered
o Packaging (if applicable)
3. Wait for our team to approve the return and provide the official return address.
No items should be returned without approval and instructions.
Return Conditions
To qualify for any refund or exchange:
• Items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Items must be in original condition and packaging where possible.
• Proof of condition is required via provided photos.
Items that fail inspection will not be refunded.
Refunds
Refund outcomes depend on the condition and validity of the return:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or replacement item:
• Exchanges are possible once the original item is approved and returned.
• If the desired size/item is unavailable, a refund will be offered instead (subject to conditions).
Return Shipping Costs
• If BLKN MUSCLE is at fault (wrong item, faulty item), we cover the return shipping.
• If the customer simply changes their mind or orders the wrong size, the customer covers return postage.
